DOĞRUDAN MOMENT KONTROLLÜ ASENKRON MOTOR SÜRÜCÜ SİSTEMİNİN İNCELENMESİ

Bu çaly?mada, doğrudan moment kontrol (DTC) yöntemi kullanan bir asenkron motor sürücü sistemi analiz edilmi?tir. Bunun için, asenkron motorun matematiksel d-q modelinden yararlanylarak, DTC kontrollü asenkron motor sürücü sisteminin Matlab/Simulink ile benzetimi yapylmy?tyr. DTC yöntemi ile kontrol edilen asenkron motorun hem geçici hem de sürekli durumda hyzynyn, üretti?i momentin ve stator ile rotor akymlarynyn zamana göre de?i?imleri incelenmi?tir. Sürücü sistemin incelenmesinde, motorun belli zaman aralyklarynda bo?ta veya yük altynda bulundu?u dikkate alynarak hyz, moment ve akym sonuçlary elde edilmi?tir. Sürücü sistem modelinde bulunan aky ve moment kontrolörlerinin histerezis band geni?likleri evirici anahtarlama frekansyny etkiledi?i ve moment dalgalanmalaryna sebep oldu?u görülmü?tür. INVESTIGATION OF DIRECT TORQUE CONTROLLED INDUCTION MOTOR DRIVE SYSTEM

In this study, an induction motor drive system that uses direct torque control (DTC) method was analyzed. Therefore, DTC-controlled induction motor drive system was simulated in Matlab/Simullink by using mathematical d-q model of the induction motor. Speed, produced torque, stator and rotor currents variations against time of the DTC-controlled induction motor were investigated under both transient and steady-state conditions. In the examination of the drive system speed, torque and current results were obtained by considering the motor was under loaded or unloaded conditions at certain time intervals. It was seen that hysteresis bandwith of the flux and torque controllers affect the inverter switching frequency and therefore causes torque fluctuations in the drive system. In this study, because hysteresis bandwith of the controllers affect the inverter switching frequency, and therefore causes flux and torque fluctuations, first, suitable bandwith for the controllers should be chosen
