112 ACİL SERVİS İÇİN GPRS TABANLI 12 DERİVASYON EKG GÖRÜNTÜLEME SİSTEMİNİN GERÇEKLEŞTİRİLMESİ

Bu çalışmada, kalp rahatsızlığı olan ve acil sağlık hizmeti almak zorunda olan hastaların 12 derivasyon EKG işaretlerini uzman doktorun PDA’ sına aktaran 112 Acil Servis EKG İletim Programı tasarlanmış ve gerçekleştirilmiştir. Hazırlanan yazılım GPRS modem üzerinden internete bağlanarak PC ekranındaki EKG bilgilerini sorumlu kişilere MMS mesajı ile 90 sn’ de ulaştırmıştır. EKG işaretleri CE sertifikalı EKG ölçüm cihazı ile alındığından dolayı geliştirilen sistem ek bir kalibrasyona ihtiyaç duymayıp pratik kullanıma uygundur. Ayrıca verilerin jpeg formatında gönderilmesi ile veri üzerinde kayıp meydana gelmemektedir. Gerçekleştirilen sistem sayesinde uzman doktora ulaşmak kolaylaştığı için doğru teşhis ve müdahale için zaman kaybedilmemektedir. Bu sayede hastaların kalp krizinden sonra kalpte meydana gelebilecek hasar en aza indirilmiş olacaktır. APPLICATION OF GPRS BASED 12 DERIVATION EKG TELEMONITORING SYSTEM FOR 112 EMERGENCY SERVICE

In this study, 112 Emergency Service EKG telemonitoring program which sends 12 derivation EKG signals of the patients, who had heart disease and had to take Emergent health care, to the specialist doctor’s PDA is designed and produced. The EKG info’s on the PC monitor arrive to the responsible people via GPRS Modem through internet in 90 seconds by the prepared software. Because EKG signals are taken by CE certificated EKG measuring device, there is no need to make additional calibrator, it is suitable for practical usage. Moreover, there isn’t any data loss for data are sent in jpeg formatting. By means of this system it becomes easier to reach the specialist doctor and there isn’t time loss for diagnosis and operation. Thus the damage in the hearth after the heart attack can be diminished to the minimum amount. Besides, this system can be easily used on the other areas of telemedicine for this system is free from other software and hardwares.
