ECDL YETERLİLİKLERİ DOĞRULTUSUNDA BİLİŞİM TEKNOLOJİLERİ DERSİNİN BİLGİSAYARDA YAZI YAZMA BECERİSİ KAZANDIRMA YETERLİLİĞİ

Bilgiye hızlı ulaşılmasını sağlayan en önemli kaynak olan bilgisayarların bireyler tarafından etkin olarak kullanılması gerekmektedir. Bu beceri, bilgisayar eğitimi ile bireylere kazandırılmaktadır. Bilgisayar eğitiminin etkinliğini belirleyen ise öğretim programında bulunan kazanımlardır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Milli Eğitim Bankalığı tarafından 2006 yılında belirlenmiş ve halen uygulanmakta olan Bilişim Teknolojileri Dersi öğretim Programında yer alan ve Bilgisayarda Yazı Yazma ile ilgili kazanımlarının yeterliliğini belirlemektir. Bu amaçla Bilişim Teknolojileri Dersi Öğretim Programı, dünya çapında geçerli kabul edilen ECDL Sertifika programı ile karşılaştırılmıştır. Çalışma sonunda Bilişim Teknolojileri Dersi Öğretim Programının, ECDL sertifika programında belirtilen yeterliliklere sahip bireyler yetiştirmekte yetersiz olduğu ortaya konulmuştur.

ACCORDING TO SKILLS OF ECDL, THE ADEQUACY OF BRINGING SKILLS OF THE WRITING ON THE COMPUTER OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY LESSON

Computers which are the most important source of providing quick access to information must be used actively by individuals. These skills are gained to individuals with the computer training. The gains that are in the curriculum determines the effectiveness of computer education. The purpose of this study is to determine the adequacy of gains about The Writing on the computer in Information Technology Lesson training program that designated by the National Education Ministry in 2006 and is still currently being implemented. For this purpose, Information Technology Education curriculum is compared with the ECDL certificate program that is recognized worldwide. At the end of study, it was proved that Information Technology Education curriculum is poor for raising individuals who have the adequacy that are determined in the ECDL certificate program.
