GÜZEL SANATLAR FAKÜLTELERİ VE EĞİTİM FAKÜLTELERİNDE VERİLEN TEMEL SANAT EĞİTİMİ/TEMEL TASARIM DERSİNE YÖNELİK ÖĞRETİM ELEMANI GÖRÜŞLERİNİN DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ

PINAR TOKTAS 1

Bu araştırma, güzel sanatlar fakülteleri ve eğitim fakültelerinde verilen temel sanat eğitimi/temel tasarım dersinin işlenişine ilişkin öğretim elemanı görüşlerini belirlemek amacıyla hazırlanmıştır. Toplam 23 öğretim elemanı araştırmanın örneklemini oluşturmuştur. Araştırmada anket tekniği kullanılmış, elde edilen verilerin frekans (f) ve yüzde (%) değerleri belirlenmiş, bulgular uygun tablolar halinde yorumlanmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda öğretim elemanlarının dersin işlenişinde çoğunlukla önceki öğrenci çalışmalarından faydalandığı, öğrencilerin yapacakları uygulamaların seçiminde öğrencilerin önceki bilgi ve becerilerin sonraki çalışmalara aktarımına, yapılan uygulamaların değerlendirilmesinde ise en çok ürünlerin yaratıcı özellikler taşımasına dikkat ettikleri anlaşılmıştır. Öğretim elemanlarının ayrıca ders süresince en çok öğrencilerin yeterlik düzeyi konusunda sorun yaşadıkları belirlenmiştir.

A STUDY INTO THE VIEWS OF INSTRUCTORS CONCERNING OF THE COURSE OF BASIC ART EDUCATION/BASIC DESIGN AT THE FACULTIES OF FINE ARTS AND EDUCATION

The current study aimed at determining the views of instructors concerning the teaching of the course of basic art education/basic design at the faculties of fine arts and education. A total sum of 23 instructors made up the sampling of the study. Questionnaire technique was used in the study and the frequency (f) and percentage (%) values of the data were determined and findings were analyzed in suitable tables. At the end of the study, it was found that instructors mostly benefited from the earlier studies of students in teaching the course, they paid attention to transferring the earlier experience of thestudents to their later practice in the selection of their applications, but that they focused on the fact that products have a creative feature in the evaluation of the applications carried out.It was also determined that instructors mostly had problems on the competence of students during the class.
