BEDEN EĞİTİMİ VE SPOR ÖĞRETMEN ADAYLARININ KAMU PERSONELİ SEÇME SINAVI (KPSS) İLE İLGİLİ GÖRÜŞLERİNİN DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ

Ülkemizde öğretmenlik mesleğine girişte kullanılan yöntem Kamu Personeli Seçme Sınavıdır (KPSS). Öğretmen adayları, genel kültür, genel yetenek ve eğitim bilimleri alanlarında çoktan seçmeli sınavlara tabi tutularak öğretmenlik mesleğine atanmaktadırlar. Bu araştırma; Genel olarak Beden Eğitimi öğretmen adayları açısından KPSS sınavını değerlendirmek, hazırlık kurslarını incelemek ve öğretmenliğe atanma sürecinde yaşadıkları problemleri ortaya koymak amacı ile yapılmıştır. Sonuç olarak öğretmen adaylarının %39,7’ si(515 kişi) KPSS’ye dersaneye giderek hazırlanırken, “KPSS öğretmen seçiminde ideal bir yöntemdir” sorusu, öğretmen adayları tarafından, alt düzey olan “Katılmıyorum” derecesiyle ( =2.31), “KPSS bizim mesleki bilgi düzeyimizi ölçecek niteliğe getirilmelidir” sorusu öğretmen adayları tarafından en üst düzey olan “Tamamen Katılıyorum” derecesiyle ( =4.20), benimsenmiştir.

THE EVAULATION OF IDEAS OF THE PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND SPORT TEACHER CANDIDATES ABOUT THE PUBLIC PERSONNEL SELECTION EXAMINATION

The methodology that used in introduction to teaching profession in our country is the Public Personnel Selection Examination (PPSE). Teacher candidates have been appointed to the teaching profession from the results of some multiple choices examinations like general culture, general ability, and educational sciences exam. The aim of this research, in generally, is to evaluate the PPSE exam, to investigate preparation course of the candidates and the problems of candidates during the appointment from the point of the Physical Education Teacher candidates. As a results %39.7 of teacher candidates (about 515 person) have been attended a private teaching institution. The question of ‘’ PPSE is an ideal system for selective teacher has been agreed with a low-level “I do not agree’’ which equal to (=2.31) and the question of ‘’ PPSE should be getting improved to measure our professional network’’ has been adopted at a very high-level ‘I agree’ by the teacher candidates.
