ELAZIĞ HAZAR GÖLÜ (TABİAT PARKI MEVKİİ) EPİLİTİK VE EPİPELİK DİYATOMELERİ

Bu araştırmada, Mart 2023-Ağustos 2023 tarihleri arasında Hazar Gölü Tabiat Parkı mevkiinden toplanan taş ve çamur örneklerindeki epilitik ve epipelik diyatomelerinin tür kompozisyonu, nispi yoğunlukları ve aylık değişimleri birlikte incelenmiştir. Diyatomelere ait toplam 48 takson tespit edilmiş olup en fazla (44 takson) tür sayısı epilitik örneklerde kaydedilmiştir. Tüm örneklemelerde her ay kaydedilen diyatomeler ise Cymbella, Gomphonema ve Navicula cinsleri olmuşlardır. Çalışma süresince Navicula cinsi 6 türle, Cymbella ve Gomphonema cinsleri ise 4 türle temsil edilmişlerdir. Nitzschia cinsi 5 türle temsil edilmesine rağmen, bu cinse epipelik örneklerde mart ve nisan aylarında rastlanmamıştır. Epilitik ve epipelik örneklerdeki Sorenson Benzerlik İndeksi %83.33 olarak bulunmuştur.

ELAZIĞ HAZAR LAKE (NATURE PARK LOCATION) EPILITIC EPIPHYTIC EPIPELIC DIATOMS

In this study, the species composition, relative abundances, and monthly changes of epilithic and epipelagic diatoms in rock and mud samples collected from the Hazar Lake Nature Park site of lake Hazar between March 2023 and August 2023 were examined together. A total of 48 diatom taxa were identified, with the highest number of species (44 taxa) recorded in epilithic samples. The diatoms recorded every month in all samples belonged to the genera Cymbella, Gomphonema, and Navicula. During the study period, the genus Navicula was represented by 6 species, while the genera Cymbella and Gomphonema were represented by 4 species. Although the genus Nitzschia was represented by 5 species, this genus was not found in epipelagic samples in March and April. The Sorenson Similarity Index for epilithic and epipelagic samples was found to be 83.33%.
