Ülkemizde 2010 yılında aile hekimliği sisteminin başlaması ile birinci basamak hizmetleri aile hekimleri tarafından verilmektedir. Bu yazıda aile hekimliği sisteminde hizmet veren aile hekimlerinin mevzuatımız çerçevesinde olan yasal sorumlulukları ve bu bağlamda aile hekimlerinin karşılaşabileceği yasal sorunlar ve bundan kaçınma yolları üzerinde durulmaktadır.

Primary care services are provided by family physicians in our country from 2010 with the beginning of family medicine system. Legal responsibilities of family physicians in family medicine system and methods of avoiding legal problems that might encounter in practice within the framework of legislation was focused in this article.
