SEYHAN BARAJ GÖLÜNDEN İZOLE EDİLEN ENTEROBACTERIACEAE GRUBU BAKTERİLERDE ANTİBİYOTİK DİRENÇLİLİĞİ VE PLAZMİD PROFİLLERİNİN BELİRLENMESİ

Bu çalışmada Seyhan Baraj Gölü’nden izole edilen Enterobacteriaceae grubuna ait 74 bakteri suşunun çoklu antibiyotik dirençliliği (ÇAD) indeksi araştırılmıştır. İzolatların plazmidleri izole edilerek her bakteriye ait plazmid profili belirlenmiştir. İzolatların MAR indeksleri 0.29-1.0 arasında değişmektedir. Plazmid izolasyonunda 39 izolatın (%52.7) plazmid içerdiği belirlenmiştir. Dirençli olunan antibiyotik sayısıyla plazmid ilişkilerine bakıldığında 7 farklı antibiyotiğe dirençlilik gösteren Escherichia coli suşunda hiç plazmid DNA bandı gözlenememişken, beş farklı antibiyotiğe dirençli olan diğer bir Escherichia coli suşunda ise 14 plazmid DNA bandı gözlenmiştir.

DETERMINATION OF ANTIBIOTIC RESISTANCES AND PLASMID PROFILES OF ENTEROBACTERIACEAE ISOLATED FROM SEYHAN DAM LAK

In this study, multiple antibiotic resistance (MAR) index was investigated in 74 Enterobacteriaceae strains isolated from Seyhan Dam Lake. Plasmids of these strains were isolated and each of these strains plasmid profile was determined. MAR index values changes between 0.29-1.0. It was determined that 39 (52.7%) isolates contain plasmid. By examining the relationships between resistant antibiotic number and plasmid profiles, it was found that Escherichia coli, which was resistant to 7 antibiotics, has not any plasmid, on the other hand another strain of Escherichia coli, which was resistant to 5 antibiotics, has 14 plasmid DNA bands.
